Andy Thai, Ph.D.
Computer Science Ph.D. • Computer Graphics & Biomedical Image Processing • Donald Bren School of ICS, UC Irvine
I am an academic researcher studying techniques in geometric processing, computer vision, and deformable image registration for biomedical and neuroscience applications. I work with Prof. Gopi Meenakshisundaram and collaborators in the Xu Lab for synchronization, registration, and visualization of multimodal mouse brain models.
